AKM is among one of the most powerful rifles in the game.
It has an average firing rate among all the Assault Rifles in the game.

It can be easily spawned in the game as it is common in the game.

It can be equipped with fully single, burst, and automatic firing modes.
By default, AKM comes with Automatic firing mode but it can be switched to single bullet firing mode if you are shooting very far and you don't have any other Marksman Rifle or Sniper Rifle.

The only visible weakness in AKM is its recoil. AKM has very high recoil which has both vertical and horizontal components which makes it very difficult to control in mid to far range but if you know how to control the recoil of this gun then this gun can be very workful for you but if you don't know to control its recoil then you need to improve your aim.

 This gun is excellent in close range and can kill your enemies within a matter of a second or more.



Ammunition

7.62 mm
AKM uses 7.62 mm of bullets, which is easily available in the game.


AKM has an average Firing rate and it doesn't empties out its bullet magazine too fast.

AKM can be very deadly if you can control its recoil.

Attachments

AKM can be equipped with several types of attachments:

  • Scope

AKM can be equipped with every scope present in the game excluding 8x CQBSS which is used only in Marksman Rifle and Sniper Rifles.

Red Dot Sight

       

     If an enemy is less than 20 meters away.



Holographic Sight

       

       If an enemy is less than 20 meters away.


2X Scope

       

       If an enemy is less than 30 meters away.


3X Scope

  

       If an enemy is 20-40 meters away.


4X Scope

  

       If an enemy is 40-150 meters away.


6X Scope

  

       If an enemy is more than 120 meters away.   



8X CQBSS Scope

  • Muzzle


There are three types of muzzles for guns in the game, all of them can be attached with AKM respectively.

It is better to use a suppressor with AKM, as it removes the flash coming out from the muzzle of the AKM. It also reduces noise also it reduces the recoil of this gun which decreases your chances of getting spotted if you're hidden properly and improves your control over this gun too.

  • Magazine

AKM can be equipped with any magazine of Assault Rifle(AR).

Quickdraw Extended Mag is the best to use with AKM, as it increases the bullets in the magazine from 30 to 40, but also increases bullet velocity which makes AKM more deadly.

  • Grips

AKM cannot be attached to any grip present in the game because of its design.
