If you create fan art of any character in Valorant then you can show it to Riot Games and ask for a reward which includes Valorant Points. After getting enough valorant points you can buy your favorite skin for free.

You can grab Microsoft points by using Microsoft Edge as your browser and completing tasks on Microsoft Rewards. After collecting 6,500 points, you'll be able to redeem a League of Legends Gift Card which gives you 575 RP that you can use in any of Riot Games including Valorant, which you can use in the game to buy skins for your guns in Valorant.
